Cons: more expensive, can't do all of your shopping at the markets
Review: Want to go explore the city while still helping local farms/businesses? Farmer's markets are the perfect way to "feed two birds with one scone" (that will catch on). You may be paying a few dollars more, but your produce will be the best tasting and most sustainable produce you've had yet!
Happy Sustainable Sunday! Just want to remind everyone that being sustainable doesn’t have to be so extreme. It’s all about baby steps, especially when trying to be environmentally conscious is not as convenient as we would like it to be just yet. So, although we are all @hoez4traderjoez, shopping locally once a week or even once a month can make such a huge difference. It may be a little more expensive, but the more we do it the cheaper it will become as the government decides to subsidize these farms over big corporations. So shop local, feel better, and know every little step is a step closer to fixing our planet. 💙💚🌍
