Traditional Irish Bangers & Mash 🌱🇮🇪🥔

Vegan Mashed Potatoes & Sausage

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 35 min | Serving Size: 4 people


  • 1 package of Beyond Sausages (4 ct.)

  • 3 - 5 Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes

  • 1 can of Bush’s Baked Beans: Vegetarian

  • ½ cup of Oat Milk

  • 1 stick of Vegan Butter


  • Black Pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  1. Dice the potatoes into medium sized cubes and submerge in a pot of water

  2. Boil the pot of potatoes until they are soft and a fork is able to slide through them (~30 - 45 minutes)

  3. Throw the sausages onto a medium pan and cook on medium-high heat. Cook until brown (~20 minutes)

  4. Open the can of beans, and empty into a small sauce pan. Cook on low heat until hot and bubbly (~10 min)

  5. Drain the potatoes and toss back into the pot with the oat milk, butter, garlic, and pepper. Get to Mashin!!!

  6. Once everything is done, serve the sausages on top of the mashed potatoes, and cover with the beans

  7. Viola! Enjoy!
